Automate all your exchanges with the CAF and MSA:

- Receipt of payment allocation slips (AL/APL)
The payment allocation slip allows to allocate to each of the concerned tenants, the amount of housing assistance due to them, which is subject to a global payment on a monthly basis.
Whether it is in AL or APL, the manager or syndicate receives a slip for the current month and, if applicable, a slip for reminders since the last monthly processing.

- Annual rent review
The objective of this exchange is to provide the CAF with the necessary rent amounts for the annual renewal of housing assistance rights for beneficiaries.

- Reporting of ongoing right to unpaid housing
In case of third-party payment, the manager or syndicate has the obligation to report the unpaid within two months, failing which, the housing assistance may be suspended.

- Cancellation (departure of a tenant from their housing)
The manager or syndicate must report any change in situation that may impact the housing assistance payments. And this immediately so that the CAF can stop the housing assistance payments for this tenant. Any assistance paid by the CAF concerning a tenant who has left their housing must be returned by the manager or syndicate thus creating an additional administrative burden and treasury errors.
