Here is how AG-CONNECT credits work:
Holding a meeting requires 25 credits for room fees + 1 credit per co-owner summoned.
The unit value of the credit is $6. 
Option 1: (Pre-AG Hotline) 25 credits
Option 2: (2 hours presence evening AG) 40 credits 
Additional hour: 20 credits

For example: a summons for 10 co-owners costs 25 credits + 10 credits

Subscription for trustees by union

A simple and accessible price based on 5.00 € HT (6.00 € VAT included) / month / syndicate, which is an annual cost of 60.00 HT / year / syndicate, cost chargeable to the syndicate as 'Digital room rental fees'.
Subscription possible from 10 syndicates (minimum threshold) and adjustable + or - per month depending on the active syndicates in the account.
With this formula, you have a digital room for each of your assemblies.
It is then up to the Syndicate to choose for each assembly the modes of participation that you activate in the digital room: in-person mode and/or remote mode.
The formula includes:
  • a platform for entering VPCs online: time-saving and no more risk of dispute over the entry of VPCs, it is the co-owner who records his vote (it is also possible to manually enter VPCs...)
  • the in-person mode: activatable or not by assembly
  • the remote (HYBRID) mode, activatable or not by assembly
    • For assemblies of 50 co-owners or less, no additional cost

(*Free for 12 months for subscribed property managers and for unions that did not vote for the use of AG-CONNECT in 2022. It is up to the property manager to include in the 2023 budget, the possible use of AG-CONNECT at the unit price as defined below.*
Reminder of the ELAN law which specifies that it is up to the Union to bear the costs and not the property manager.
"Art. 13-1.-For the application of article 17-1 A of the law of July 10, 1965, the general assembly decides on the technical means and supports allowing co-owners to participate in general meetings by videoconference, by audioconference or by any other means of electronic communication as well as the guarantees allowing to verify the identity of each participant. The decision is made on the basis of estimates prepared for this purpose at the initiative of the property manager or the union council. The cost is borne by the union of co-owners.
